Spanish villa with beautiful Dutch twist for a memorable holiday.

The villa is surrounded by terraced gardens and is very private. Be amazed by the large palm trees and Christmas cacti of more than 3 meters high! There are four terraces with sun and shade for breakfast or dinner, a barbecue, umbrellas and chairs, and attractive exterior.

Both the conservatory and large living room have a rounded shape and a high ceiling with beams in the shape of a fan. A surprising and typical Spanish style. The conservatory overlooks the pool and (partly) sea, and is furnished as a dining room. There is a large stock of DVDs and movies available. The TV offers HD quality. You can also enjoy an extensive music collection on CD's or a nice magazine or read a good book, play a game or a puzzle.

The villa has three bedrooms with new beds and mattresses (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm, a box spring with two beds each 80 x 200 cm, a bunk 90 x 200 cm that can be split up), blinds and curtains. The cupboards have Castilian doors. There is also a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath with shower, sink with cabinet and drawers, washing, first aid box with contents, hairdryer, fan. The kitchen is in the heart of the house and is a passage lined with a kitchen countertop and upper and lower cabinets and integrated appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, oven and gas hob. The kitchen is very well equipped with new crockery and all kinds of equipment like a Senseo (coffee pods and tea bags are ready), kettle, microwave, juicer, mixer, electric grill. The thick outer walls keep the house cool in summer but there is still air conditioner in the living room and conservatory. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with fans.

Prices include gas, water, air conditioning and electricity. Exclusive € 100 for cleaning, € 17.50 per person for the beds with fresh linen and towels. In the winter months also additional charges for heating costs.
Each tenant will start in a clean house with neatly made beds. If you want to rent several consecutive weeks there will be a discount. In winter, the rent per month will be € 1100.
